Real Talk: Am I The Only One Working Through Trust Issues While Recovering from Trauma? I have trust issues.  When I say that, my inner voice automatically goes, “Duuuhh!! Look at the hell you’ve been through!” That reaction is what self-compassion sounds like it my head. I've been recovering from trauma for a few years now.
