Collection: Spiritual Poetry: Where the Heart Speaks First

Cozy writing desk with open notebook, half-empty tea mug, Turkish mosaic lamp, and stacked books with the author name Frida Rose on the spine, set in a warm reading nook with a softly blurred bookshelf and greenery.

Spiritual poetry and reflective prose rooted in emotional truth, self-healing, and intuitive self-discovery—written for the woman who wants to feel seen without having to explain herself.

This Is Where I Come Undone and Find Myself Again

Poetry is one of my personal journaling practices—how I uncover what’s hidden, release what no longer serves me, and let my truth take shape in rhythm.

I rarely sit down with the intention of “starting a project.” Most of my poems and short stories begin the same way everything in my life begins: with a journal entry. A feeling spills onto the page, and before I know it, it reshapes itself into a poem, a story, or something that feels like a whisper from my inner world.

Writing has been my first language since I was a child. Long before I knew the words “self-healing” or “spiritual practice,” I knew how to sit with a pen and let it steady me. What started as survival slowly became devotion.

These pieces are not polished performances. They are emotional imprints—reflections of a woman integrating, learning, remembering, and telling the truth as she goes.

My life often feels like one long art therapy session, and poetry has always been the deepest current running through it. It’s where I let my guard down. Where intuition leads. Where the mystical and the mundane hold hands.

And truthfully, this is the root of everything I create. The journals, the courses, the frameworks—they all grew from this simple, sacred act of writing what is true.

You don’t have to censor your truth.

You don’t have to perform your healing.

You don’t have to make your pain pretty to make it worthy.
