Collection: Guided Journals, A Private Path Back to Self-Trust

Stack of spiral-bound self-care journals by Frida Rose resting on a wooden desk in soft natural sunlight, with sage green lace curtains blowing near an open window, a gold pen, and an open notebook nearby.

These guided journals also function like journal workbooks, offering structured prompts and reflective exercises to support emotional healing and personal growth.

Why These Journals Feel Different

These guided journals are structured enough to guide you, gentle enough to hold you—beginner-friendly prompts that lovingly challenge you into your own answers, building self-trust and intuition as you go.

How It Started

At my lowest point, when my sadness was louder than hope, it was a pen and a blank page that steadied me.

Journaling helped me see what I couldn’t see in the chaos. It helped me untangle the hopeless, stuck, “I’m alone in this” story from the truth of who I actually was. It reminded me that I wasn’t broken: I was overwhelmed, unhealed, and carrying more than I should.

Journaling helped me integrate this truth:

I already had everything I needed within me — the wisdom, the strength, the healer.

I founded Journaling is Self-Care LLC to help other women find this power within themselves, too.

What These Guided Journals Are

Today, I create guided journals filled with intentional journaling prompts and structured writing exercises designed to support emotional healing, self-trust, identity reclamation, and grounded spiritual growth.

Not as productivity tools or another skill to master.

A private, powerful path back to yourself.

Each journal blends intuitive spirituality with real-life emotional insight in a way that feels practical, steady, and real. You won’t find pressure to perform or “fix” yourself here.

Instead, you’ll find thoughtful prompts that lovingly challenge you to trust your own answers (no oversharing, no “right way,” just self-trust).

What You’ll Find Inside

• Intentional journaling prompts that support emotional healing and self-trust

• Structured writing exercises that help release limiting beliefs and quiet overthinking

• Gentle frameworks for self-discovery without pressure, perfection, or urgency

• Grounded spiritual reflection that honors intuition without floating away from real life

• Tools for integration — the growing pains that come when you’re shedding old identities and growing into your most empowered, unapologetic self

• A private space for healing where you don’t have to overshare, perform, or explain yourself

A Note From Me

These journals were created from lived experience — the doubt, the regression, the courage it takes to keep going. My hope is that reading the things I was once afraid to say gives you permission to acknowledge your own truth.

Even if those truths stay on the page.

Sometimes the most powerful healing happens quietly.

It’s okay. You’re okay.

Before You Begin

Choose the journal that meets you where you are.

You don’t need to have the right words.

You don’t need to do this perfectly.

You just have to start.

Thank you for trusting this work.

Love,

Frida
